Admission Procedure for GANDHI +2 Science Residential College, Balasore
Admission to the institution is open to students who have successfully passed the 10th Board Examination administered by either the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, CBSE, or ICSE. Eligibility for admission is determined strictly on a merit basis, in accordance with the guidelines outlined in Resolution No.: 1-A-HE-4A-2010-3702/HE dated 20.02.2010 issued by the Government of Odisha, Higher Education Department.
The selection process for admission is conducted through the Student Academic Management System (SAMS). Candidates who are selected for admission through the e-admission procedure (SAMS) are notified individually via post or email. The notification is sent in a prescribed intimation letter prepared by the Government of Odisha, which includes details about the date of admission and the fees to be paid.
Furthermore, the names of the selected candidates are prominently displayed on the notice board for public acknowledgment. It is imperative that applications submitted for admission are complete and accurate. Any incomplete application or application containing inaccurate information is subject to rejection.
The final authority in all matters pertaining to admission rests with the Admission Committee. Their decisions are conclusive and binding.
